BLXST

This mix of hip-hop and R&B makes for a perfect date night! 2024 has been a big year for BLXST; he’s got a new album out, and he’s on tour again. Both go by the name “I’ll Always Come Find You.” The tour is making a stop at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix on Tuesday, November 19th. This show’s probably going to feature a bit more smooth R&B than hard rap. That fits a Tuesday night out much better!

One reason there’s going to be more of an R&B influence on this night is that the talented and beautiful Joyce Wrice is going to be joining BLXST on stage. They have a song together called “Better Off Friends.” Joyce may not necessarily play the role of a traditional opening act on this night, but she’s going to bring her soulful voice and empowering presence to the stage regardless.

If you want to be a part of the “I’ll Always Come Find You.” tour, you have to take the first step. That is, to click the get tickets button to pick your seats for the night.

BLXST has had a chance to work with some of the biggest names in the industry over the years, pretty much since he broke into music. That says a ton about the talent that he brings to the table. In some of his first outings into mainstream music, he collaborated with Ty Dolla Sign and Tyga. He’s worked with YG and Kendrick Lamar as well. With most of these collaborations, he’s provided the soul that was missing in these mainly hip-hop-based tracks. He can still put in some rap beats into his tracks, though. This is evident in one of the most popular songs from his I’ll Always Come Find You Album, Dancing With the Devil. The track features some of his signature vocals with an auto-tune assist, but he’s also out there rappin'.

Even the songs that have a heavier rap influence are on the chill side. That means that on this Tuesday night at the Arizona Financial Theater, you can expect to have that vibe permeate throughout the venue. There may be some over-eager fans in the pit area next to the stage that will want both BLXST and Joyce Wrice to take things up a notch, though. It’s going to be interesting to see how both performers manage the mood for the night. Ultimately, it does seem like this show won’t be as hardcore as other pure rap shows. As mentioned, this type of vibe can work very well for a Tuesday night out. You probably have work on Wednesday, so having the event be more laid back’s a plus. Laid back doesn’t mean less entertaining, by the way!

Speaking of the people in the pit next to the stage at the Arizona Financial Theater on this night, is that who you want to be? If that’s the case, you’ll want to buy your tickets early. Some of the best sections naturally tend to run out quicker. There are plenty of good spots to choose from for this soul-filled night; that’s the good part. Still, click the get tickets button as soon as you’re ready so that you won’t run the risk of missing out.
