Dayglow started as a passion project for Sloan Struble after failing to succeed as an artist under his own name. His very first studio album, Kindred, didn’t receive the buzz he had hoped for, so he tried again. This time, he released a few singles under the name Dayglow, which would be his new passion project in the form of a one man band sort of like Tame Impala. One of the singles, “Can I Call You Tonight?” got all the buzz that Kindred did not. It trended on TikTok and went on to hit the charts and become certified Platinum. A young Struble taught himself how to play guitar and piano on the Garageband app and eventually started mixing his own songs on it as well. This led to his eventual interest in pursuing music as a career, and now look at him!
