Brit Floyd returns to the stage this fall to perform their fresh new production celebrating 50 years of the iconic masterpiece “The Dark Side of the Moon.” This tour will run from August until early December this year, with more dates to be announced soon.
Performing over a thousand shows since their launch in 2011, Brit Floyd is the premier tribute band when it comes to Pink Floyd’s musical legacy. The group features guitarist, vocalist, and musical director Damian Darlington best known for his covers of the rock group’s singles for the past decade. Other members include artists Ian Cattell, Edo Scordo, Rob Stringer, Eva Avila, and an ensemble of various expert musicians.
This 2 and a half hour setlist will also highlight the English rock group’s extensive catalog, including tracks from albums “The Division Bell,” “The Wall,” “Wish You Were Here,” and many more.
“Although the band is celebrating the 50th anniversary of one of the most popular and well-known albums in the history of rock, Brit Floyd isn’t pandering just to the casual Floyd fan,” Sonic Perspectives shares.
