Don’t get “Greedy,” but fans are about to see a lot more of Tate McRae. The 20-year-old pop star just announced that her sophomore album ‘Think Later’ will hit streaming platforms on the 8th of December via RCA Records. This highly anticipated album was co-executive produced with Ryan Tedder (who has previously worked with Taylor Swift and Beyoncé). The album will feature McRae’s previously released hit song, “Greedy.” At this point, everyone has heard this song at least once in their lives. It was a viral hit on social media, particularly on TikTok. It peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart.
“We’re here guys. My sophomore album. This album means sooo much to me and I can’t believe it’s so close to coming out,” she wrote on Instagram alongside the album artwork, which features McRae standing against a black background with the album name written across her hockey leg pads. “Writing this whole thing was one of the most stressful, exciting, nerve racking, and fun things I’ve ever gone through. For the first time in my life I lived this year a little less with my head and a little more with my intuition – and I rlly hope u guys can feel that through the music. Through the biggest highs of my life to the lowest of lows – I feel so happy that it is now gonna be yours <3 Here’s to 20 years old and figuring who the f— I am haha” In addition to the Think Later announcement, the singer also revealed that she’ll be kicking off a 53-date 2024 tour in support of the album. The first stop of the tour will be in Ireland in April. The rest of the European leg of the tour will span across shows in London, Amsterdam, Prague, Paris, and more until May. In July, she'll go around San Francisco, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, and more. She’s ending the tour with performances in Australia and New Zealand. What makes this tour more exciting for all fans is the fact that she’s stopping in Phoenix, Arizona! Tate McRae will be joined by Presley Regier as the opening act.
